- Air conditioning servicing and maintenance
- Air conditioning repair and emergency callouts
- Air source heat pump installation and servicing
All services are carried out by qualified, F-Gas certified engineers in accordance with applicable UK regulations and industry standards.
Quotations and Site Surveys
- All installation quotations are based on a free site survey unless otherwise stated.
- Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
- Any additional work identified after survey or during installation may require a revised quotation.
- Heat load calculations, system sizing, and equipment selection are based on information available at the time of survey.
Installation Terms
- Domestic installations typically take 1–3 days; commercial installations may take 3–10 days, subject to complexity.
- Installation dates are agreed in advance but may change due to weather, access restrictions, supply delays, or unforeseen site conditions.
- You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the property and installation areas.
- Any building works, electrical upgrades, or asbestos-related issues not identified during survey are excluded unless explicitly agreed in writing.
Servicing and Maintenance
- Annual servicing is recommended for domestic systems and bi-annual servicing for commercial systems operating continuously.
- Servicing improves efficiency, system lifespan, and reliability but does not guarantee fault-free operation.
- Missed or cancelled servicing appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a callout charge.
Repairs and Emergency Callouts
- Emergency repair response times are estimated averages and not guaranteed.
- Repair costs vary depending on fault type, system age, and availability of parts.
- Temporary repairs may be undertaken where permanent repair is not immediately possible.
- We are not liable for consequential losses caused by system failure, including business interruption or loss of stock.
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms will be specified on your quotation or invoice.
- Installation projects may require a deposit prior to commencement.
- Late payments may result in suspension of services or warranty support.
Warranties and Guarantees
- New installations include a manufacturer’s parts warranty (up to 5 years, subject to manufacturer terms).
- Labour is guaranteed for 12 months from installation completion.
- Warranties are conditional upon correct use and recommended servicing intervals being maintained.
- Damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or lack of maintenance is excluded.
